Social Security Verification Form

This kind of form is used by institutions when they want to confirm a student’s social security details. This is especially so when the said student is applying for financial aid at his or her respective higher institution of learning. It is almost similar to internal memos which are correspondences between two offices or departments under the same company.

In pursuant of harmony between Department of Education records and the Social Security administration, the latter was unable to confirm U.S citizenship. Under such circumstances, the client/student is required to provide authentic documents to our office. We have advised him/her to provide records from social security administration and to provide written documentation that they are certified copies.
